Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

 

  • All Cancellations should be made in writing prior to your final balance date, cancellations after this time will be accepted with all monies forfeited.

  • Cancellations made following booking deposits and prior to any final balance paid can be subject to a flexible 12 month extension or monies forfeited

  • Your payments will be refunded to you in full in the unlikely event of our cancellation of your holiday. 

 

Accommodation Rules & Policies

 

  • The maximum number of overnight guests must be the same amount stated on the booking (daytime guests are permitted to visit but this must be with prior notification to Four Seasons)

  • Minimum unsupervised adult age Requirement is 18 

  • Pets are no longer allowed in any of our accommodations 

  • No Events or loud music allowed unless the island is booked exclusively for your party

  • Children are allowed alongside a responsible adult but, due to open fire and water risks,  constant supervision is required 

  • Smoking is allowed only outside

  • Be respectful of neighbours stay. We have a strict 12pm deadline on loud Music and noise.. If you do not adhere to this we may enforce our right to shut down the power on the accommodation.

  •  We strongly recommend you take out your own Travel Insurance and accept no responsibility to compensate guests for any personal injury, illness, death, theft, loss or damage of whatever nature suffered by you, or any member of your party or vehicle during the booking period or thereafter.  

  • Empty Bins before 10.30 am departure

  • Clean BBQ if used otherwise breakers deposit forfeited.

  • Wheelchair access limited - please enquire for suitability before booking.

Services

 

  • All prices are inclusive of reasonable water, gas and electricity usage unless otherwise stated.

  •  You will be responsible for fueling and lighting the stoves and wood fired hot tubs. We do however offer a hot tub pre warming service for a small cost. We also sell wood, charcoal and firelighters on the Island but have no objection to customers bringing their own.
