Cancellations Policy:

All Cancellations should be made in writing prior to your final balance date, cancellations after this time will be accepted with all monies forfeited

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the holiday start date will be subject to the retention of your 30% non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made within 30 days days of the holiday start date, any monies paid will not be refunded
Your payments will be refunded to you in full in the unlikely event of our cancellation of your holiday

Booking Policy :

Check-in: 15:00-18:00 (We can leave a key in a key and arrange a contact-less check in if you are due to arrive after this time
Check-out: 10:30
All bed linen and towels are included in the price
We sell wood, charcoal and firelighters for the wood fired hot tubs and BBQs, but you are welcome to bring your own if you wish
Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
The maximum number of overnight guests must be the same amount stated on the booking (daytime guests are permitted to visit but this must be with prior notification to Four Seasons)

We strongly recommend you take out your own Travel Insurance and accept no responsibility to compensate guests for any personal injury, illness, death, theft, loss or damage of whatever nature suffered by you, or any member of your party or vehicle during the booking period or thereafter.


Site rules:

No pets allowed on site
We are on an island, surrounded by water, so please keep children supervised at all times
No swimming or water sports permitted in the lake
Children must not enter the hot tubs unaccompanied
Minimum unsupervised adult age requirement is 16
Pets are no longer allowed in any of our accommodations
In the interest of keeping out unwanted wildlife please ensure all food/drinks are stored securely and use provided bins
No Events or loud music allowed unless the island is booked exclusively for your party
Children are allowed alongside a responsible adult but, due to open fire and water risks, constant supervision is required
Smoking is allowed only outside but please clean up after yourself
Be respectful of your neighbour's stay. We have a strict 11pm deadline on loud Music and noise.. If you do not adhere to this we may enforce our right to shut down the power on the accommodation.
Empty Bins before 10.30 am departure
Clean BBQ if used otherwise security deposit may be forfeited.
Wheelchair access limited - please enquire for suitability before booking.

Services :

All prices are inclusive of reasonable water, gas and electricity usage unless otherwise stated. Following this you will be responsible for heating these and the accommodations. We do sell wood, charcoal and firelighters on the Island but have no objection to customers bringing their own. There is a small charge if you desire a hot tub pre-warm.
